I've heard good things but they're so detached from the rest of the admin team I can't reach them at all for example, BAN APPEALS. of which went completely ignored

Wouldn't you usually temporarily remove there adminning ability until they respond?

Did you try contacting them on Discord about it? Myself and several other admins discussed the ban with them there, not sure why they didn't end up replying to the thread.

I think to make a complaint on the a potential malicious way to get out of a response, is a good enough justification for that last post to be here!
