So Aurx and I kind of got off to a bad start, but I've been really impressed with how he's handled policy and headmin stuff lately. (Probably because he actually does it for /vg/, imagine that)

If this is bgobandit, I will always remember what Aurx did to you with the MMI thing. That kind of behavior is unbecoming of an admin.

Aurx is compiling the data in policy discussions and sending it to headmins for review. This deserves our praise.

He shouldn't have to deal with our shit.

Seems pretty consistent and fair, even after being around TG for quite a while. A good example for other admins, he doesn't seem to get bogged down in politics and cliques, he just administrates by the book.

He's a good admin on both /tg/ and /vg/. He's enjoyable to work with.

Can be distant but is ultimately a really cool admin and I value your input and experience.

Abrasive and heavyhanded from what I've seen, but decent enough to be acceptable

I feel he was made an admin here without any experience in the /tg/ community, and transplant admins typically have trouble adjusting, regardless of what game is being played, so it caused some grief at first when he was for all intents and purposes a /vg/ admin with power on /tg/.

But he seems alright, after some time.
