I personally had a large conflict with Pandar. We managed to communicate and talk out our differences and for that, I have a high opinion of Pandarsenic.

Pandar is one of the rarer cases of traitoring while logged in as admin nowadays, but they did it a LOT when they were a trialmin.

A fine admin, know them as long as I've played the game and always enjoyed seeing their name in adminwho when I was a player.

Seems to be a fairly level-headed admin, and does a good job of what I've seen (albeit, somewhat rare lately- possibly timezone differences).

First admin to answer my Ahelp on Artyom for weeks, was good at explaining the situation without meta, despite my whining like a filthy casual. 8/10 would ahelp again.

Shows a great care and investement into the game, already talked about what I though he needs to improve directly, he also could use license to make large scale events, since I believe Panda could make really fun ones with a bit of preparation.

Pandar is a really good admin and player. They're really knowledgeable about the game. Pandar seems really approachable since he's usually really casual and nice to talk to. Answers ahelps seriously and quickly, and runs good events. brety gud/10

I seriously thought Pandar was a chick. Let me try again.

I didnt always like Pandarsenic, but he definetly proves his worth as an admin.

With the blessing of SoS, HBL, and Deuryn, I am now officially in charge of Silicons, so if anyone needs questions of silicon policy answered, needs silicon policies made official, takes issue with the write-up of the current state of the policy document I'm maintaining, etc., bring it here. If you disagree with a silicon-related ban being upheld, bring it to me. If a silicon-related ban request goes up, I'm should also probably handle that. Or something like that.

In short, Robutts.

Also, Paprika, I am literally never going to tell you my gender. You keep trying to bait me into telling you and it's not happening.

Regularly plays while activeminned.

Regularly plays antag while activeminned.

Has done so for a long time.

The first is mildly excusable, the second is really not.

Pandarsenic unofficial feedback thread

I skimmed the feedback area and didn't see them on there, so i decided to instead abuse player's club (shitposting central) so i could tell them what a goddamn hero they are.

I read through basically everything that gets posted here, and your conduct in ban appeals threads tells me that you are gonna be the best kind of admin. Unlike CERTAIN OTHER ADMINS, you understand that the rules are ultimately tools created in order to protect the fun we have playing ss13, and were only ever meant to serve that purpose.
I've also gotten the impression that you're empathetic and understanding of the often not so clear cut situations players often face, where on-the-fly decisions often have to be made with no time to consider the bigger picture. Finally, i haven't seen a hint of conceit or inability to reevaluate your position when confronted with different perspectives.
Good job! I think you're doing great.

With appreciative regards, Annihilite

When Pandarsenic was last getting feedback as an admin, I was finishing up my degree.

7 years and a week or two later, they return to our team as trial admin.

It's been nice to see them come back and blend their understanding of admin tooling ~7 years ago with modern admin tooling as well as really picking up what modern /tg/ is like.

Extremely thoughtful in what they do, and are catching up after their absence swiftly. I didn't know them when they were previously an admin, but they've clearly still got the aptitude. Welcome back!
