Well shit son we're a bit in the same boat, being 23 and looking like im 17 puts me in awkward situations some times when im working. Once some dude had the balls to actually say aren't you too young to but working with a gun?

Well I don't have to worry about my boss being 5-6 years younger than me anymore. They're gone.
