How does the author even begin to justify that?

I'm rereading the Avery Cates series.

Really would be better if the author cut down on the swearing tbh.

Last night I finished Garth Ennis's run on The Punisher. It was good. Also recently read the Dwarves by Markus Heitz. Before that, I read a book called Remnant Population by Elizabeth moon. Two Stephen Kings, needful things and nightmares and dreamscapes, BOLO! By David "describes everyone's voice as either soprano or baritone" Weber, Insomnia, also King, Vision by Tom King, Snow Crash, and about 30 pages of READY PLAYER ONE before I barfed my own brain out.

I finished We Are Legion (We Are Bob) a couple of weeks ago. It was enjoyable.

I'm re-reading all of Pratchett.

I also read Defying Gravity by Bill Starr - it's an anumsing read at the very least. Wondering if I should drop 25$ on his The Strongest Shall Survive.

I found two Nero Wolfe mysteries in one book at the store so I bought it. I like mysterious!

Recently wrapped up the "Darker Shade of Magic" trilogy.

Not half bad. Worldbuilding is interesting though underdeveloped, but the characters were a lot of fun to get to know.

Started re-reading 1984 again. I've got an old-ass yellowed paper copy that I've been through four or five times.

Ultimate hitchhikers guide to the galaxy so far on second book and I love it.

Started reading discworld again, finished Reaper Man and Going Postal recently, reading Hogfather now

I started to reread the stand, love that shit

The Mallorean, it's pretty good

Also I read it a few months ago but I highly recommend The Gone-Away War. Enjoyed it a lot. Without spoiling too much the premise of the book revolves around reality-altering "clean" nukes and how they end up fucking everything up for everyone.

I finished the colour of magic but got caught in the trap of starting two series and reading none. Was good afternoon tho
