AfD would like a strong word with you.

They'd also like to co-ordinate bombardment.

Bernie Sanders has no balls. Some BLM niggers hijacked ome of his rallies and he just sort of shrunk away quietly while they forced him off the podium so they could scream into the mic. We need someone who's assertive and will get shit done. Not someone who just promises rainbow farts like free college for everyone.

In early general election polls, Trump has shot up from 32-35% against Hillary to dead even, or even better than her. This is in key states too.

It's only been a week.

Trump will make it!

The other day Manchester police had to apologise because during a mock terrorist attack training exercise the bloke playing the part of the suicide bomber yelled "ALLAH AKBAR!"

That was the same day someone on a train in germany was stabbed by a rabid mohammadian who was chanting "ALLAH AKBAR".

On one hand I want the UK to leave the EU, on the other hand the EU is about the only thing increasing workers rights in the UK - specially for field workers like me.

Its not like leaving the EU is suddenly going to cause the UK to close its borders and ship all the worlds free loaders back to their now safe countries, and we've already told the EU to stuff their weak currency up their arse.

I'm not saying that applies to anyone specifically in this thread, I've had that experience IRL when talking with youngsters coming up on their first opportunity to vote, and in past elections.

"THIS THING I REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE IN DOESN'T CATER TO ME! FUCK THE SYSTEM!"
Hey, if you vote, what happens is your fault - either you voted for it, or you fucked up stopping it, but you're responsible one way or the other.
The people who don't vote are the only ones with any right to complain.
Literally the most retarded opinion I've ever seen on this forum, ever.
If you don't vote you have no right to complain about anything because you did nothing about it at any point. It's literally complaining about things you had no part in.

Paying taxes and having an opinion is a far cry from actually doing something about the people in office you don't like and the policies you don't like. If you don't even so much as vote which is something that takes little to no time at all, you're just a whiny child who doesn't even try. I mean, we've seen this in action here with headmin elections.

The IN/OUT of the NUS issue at my university has reached critical mass, it's all I fucking hear about 24/7. I've never seen such firebrand militancy on a political issue. Can't motivate the fuckers to give a shit about tuition fees, but they'll go batshit insane over rumours of implied racism and safezones.

Ohyeah, something about the head of the NUS coming out with some anti-israel stuff that skirted a little too close to outright anti-semitism, with some really poor timing since it coincided with that Ken Livingstone thing, and basically a looot of people are putting their hands up and taking a big fuckin' step back to avoid being tarred with the same brush.

Basically the NUS has always been a little bit off to the fringe, and the leadership have finally stepped over the threshold where things start snapping back.

I go to Hull (lol), and we've always had a somewhat good student union, as in they actually give a shit. But this issue has divided a lot of people, and the amount of insults and general nastiness flung at and flung by the student union is ridiculous. If we leave the NUS we lose a lot of discounts that a lot of the students receive from our union shop, bar, club, and book shop. So it's not just a political issue, it's financial as well, and we would be stupid to leave an organisation that offers us something in the region of 34k pounds discount on goods and services.

To me the issue I see is the same as any union issue, which I see all the time. The NUS represent a barrier to raised tuition fees, privatisation of education and institutes by turning them into businesses rather than centres of learning. I've watched this in all my time at University, increased push away from academic issues and pushing more towards commercial. This NUS issue is just classic union breaking, probably pushed by the government and corporations who stand to makes gains from the fall of the NUS. It'll remove student opposition and voice to all sorts of educational policies the government deems fit to bring to parliament. We'll be left without a voice if the NUS dies, so I'd rather stay and have a voice than leave and be silent.

Though the most humorous thing to come out of all this, there was a big white canvas banner put up in front of our student union building, emblazoned with the slogan "Yes to NUS". Less than twenty minutes later it had been defaced so it read "Yes to ANUS". It was up for several days before someone decided to take it down.

I know our SU gets funding from profits of the shops, cafes and bars it runs, which in turn get their stocks from the NUS at major discount.
