Bottom post of the previous page:

Recommend me a good exercise that doesn't use the legs

After a bit over a year of hospital-assisted leg exercises, I'm looking for a way to get my upper body back into shape as well
Several months of no exercise and being in bed made me fat and reducing my food intake is not enough to actually go from fat to normal again, so it's time to start doing stuff instead.

Problem there is that sitting/standing up exercises I do weekly anyway because leg stuff, and I can't lift while standing like that other pic because not allowed to lift heavy stuff yet with the leg(Also back is fucked)

Sadly I don't have a bar or anything for pullups, and I havent a clue what dips are

you should be able to do military press at a gym in a chair.
it's very possible and the guy in the wheelchair does do it.
Image

could do it with a tub and a bag of rice at home, or an old car battery (just don't break it and leak acid)

dips;
Image

also consider pushups, bench press, situps. and do them at an incline for extra difficulty.

australian pullups

maybe you can do back extensions too

Lifting it is then
Probably not the back thing because my back is fucked already and putting strain on that is probably not a good idea

nice progress ben. you can deadlift two of me now.

was it a deadlift up and down, or did you drop it after lifting it up?

-

hit a 7:45 mile today, then took a break, ran 3 minutes and 2 minutes both (max 12mph, average 8.47 mph) with a break in between

what've you been eating for nutrition/dirty bulk Ben?

#1 I do a set of 5 up and down no dropping.

#2 I used to not eat breakfast and was at a slight caloric surplus. I added breakfast after lifting. Probably when I get to higher weights I will have to start adding some more calories to my diet. Ice Cream!

There is this awesome barbeque place that has a killer breaded pork tenderloin. I'll eat one of them for dinner twice a week.... let me just make it clear. I eat out for every meal. So by default I'm overeating for most people. Give it a few months though and I'll have to add a 4th meal.

Rope climbs are good.

I can now easily climb up and down the rope arms only no problem.

bizarre looks from the curlbros and other people, but that rope gets mad miring from other people.

hit a 7:21 mile today, then ran three pretty consistent 650m in 3 minutes

I hate cardio, but I gotta do it.

need to get a weighted vest soon. I would use my Level 4 plates but I don't want to freak the gym staff out

I've been dirty bulking all day because of my metabolismm. I just chomp down whatever whenever.

I'm about to dip into some ice cream now.

fukken nice, road to 100% body weight bench press

I'm jelly, I can barely do 3x5 80% body weight bench.

-

ran 400m (~0.25 miles) in 80 seconds on grassy park grounds.
Averaging ~18km/h or 11 mph throughout.

that shit is exhausting, but my height and muscle gives me a pretty quick boost and build up in speed.

I just can't sustain that speed like the long legged lean marathon runners. more sprinter than anything.

-
Everywhere I am, I skip 1-2 steps on the stairs. sometimes 3 if I'm feeling really ballsy.

it's terrifying and confusing to people to see someone charge up a flight of stairs that fast.
If they look away for a brief second, or if you round a corner, it looks like you teleported.

old lady tells me to slow down as I sprint up and skip 1-2 steps.

yeah no old hag, please get out of the one. I hope to be skipping steps even when I'm old.

Is good, but I would stop doing the rope climbs now that you are doing OHP. Otherwise it will eat into your gains. Also OHP is a workout you don't wanna increment by 10s for more than 2 sessions and then do 5s for the rest and then 2.5... The upp body doesn't got the same perks ass the major ass muscle group has.

I started doing parkour more seriously over the last couple weeks- my cardio's been improving, and I'm super light-weight so it's easy for me to get myself over and around things.

Need to do more cardio, though.

When your SS gains stop do not jump into an intermediate routine because you can still make twice-a-week gains with something like SS advanced novice or whatever.
I wouldn't be surprised if you will coast to a 4 plate squat 3 plate bench x 3 x 5 with your body mass without having to do anything more advanced than SS advanced novice. You'll probably hit more if you do everything else right before having to switch to intermediate.

Girls only care about upper body. You don't need to workout legs. Trust me. I had sex with over 200 women. I haven't worked out my legs a day in my life. You don't want to ruin your knees. You don't want to sleepn with less than 200 girls. You want girls. You want sex? You want to get looks everywhere you go? Don't work out your legs. It's waste of time. It's a waste of protein. It's a waste of everybody's time. Why buy bigger jeans? Save room in your laundry machine. Think about all the benefits of not working out your legs like I did saved space. Saved electricity saved energy. Saved labour. Take it from me. I haven't been happier. You can save so much time. You can save yourself. I haven't worked out my legs period remember this. And I slept with over 200 girls. Think. Would you rather listen to guys with big legs that slept with less than 200 less than 100 less than 10 ect? Or would you rather listen to me a guy who slept with over 200 girls. I'm not even a rock star. Girls see me on the street and they just pull me aside like it's a club to speak with me. Girls are too lazy to look down. They only see your waist up. They only see upper body. Girls who care about legs can't care about you. Legs are a complete waste of time. You need to re think your life. I got a raise a great raise at work. I have made thousands of dollars with the time I saved from not working out my legs. I have saved so much. Working out your legs will 1. Not get you laid. 2. You won't make a lot of money. 3. You look ridiculous. Girls and beautiful girls will see what a loser you are wasting time like a nerd working your legs. Listen just don't do it! Don't work out your fucking legs you fucking loser Don't!
