just gauging interest here, but how many of you would unironically (or ironically) attend a movie night for /tg/? like one night every month or so where we pick some random movie and watch it in some video player/chatroom thing and just chill and shitpost with fellow autists. was thinking of doing this with some friends on steam and thought maybe it could just be a forum or server-wide thing.

watching all the movies that are referenced in game would be pretty cool (blade runner, alien, the thing) to name a few

I can set us up a room on Cytu.be to host movies from. Granted, they'd have to be movies I can either get to share from an already hosted site (yt/vimeo) or Google Drive. Drive can be tricky since Google is pretty proactive about killing copyrighted stuff. Far from impossible though.

Last time i had movie night with friends nobody would watch anything but a comedy movie and everyone left halfway through to fuck around because they were bored
