Of course the majority these days can't trace their linage back to anything even remotely resembling that, but hey, details right?

fun fats;
your str stat does not reflect your true strength

if you are retarded, you get a bonus to true strength - tardstrength
if you are high int, you get a bonus to true strength - increased muscle fibre activation

chimps, gorillas and monkeys, for example have massive true strength but incredibly low int and end because they expend all their strength at once.

i don't know about you, but my brain has two halves; left, and right swipe.

str gives a boost to cha.

your power and meta game is lacking irl.

if you lose enough braincels to reach 70 IQ, you can claim your retard strength bonus.

Yes. Mind over matter. I realised this when I could lift more and more but with minimal of not any chances to mass or weight.

If your brain was in my body, you could not lift the weight I can. Because you currently lack the mental capacity to do so.

pls stop this pseudo science buddy... it has nothing to do with you unlocking the hidden sayain power or whatever garbage dumpster you're trying to shovel here but has more to do with your bodies mind-muscle connections becoming more and more developed so that your body understands that it can lift x weight easily.

your body inhibits your muscle output due to multitude of reasons so as to prevent injury. It's why certain drugs or fight-or-flight responses cause people to "obtain" super human strength. Certain chemicals stop your bodies inhibition and allows full use of muscles. Increasing your strength through physical exercise is the lowest risk way of gaining strength because artificially allowing your body to use its full range of strength is a good way to snap your shit permanently, which is why naturally the only way it can do that is by pumping your shit full of adrenaline.

If it means you can live another day your biology doesn't really give two fucks that you snapped your ACL, tore your quads and snapped your biceps as long as it means you survive.

aka willpower is about as good of a meme as anything that comes from 9gag.

this links to the entire debacle about us thinking we have free will but in reality we're extremely well programmed machines, with so many processes that it feels like we're in control of our actions.

we are in a macro level but when you look at neurological functions on the micro level nothing is farther from the truth.

Yes, I know. Powerlifters and weightlifters in general however can use more muscle fibres than the layman like runners can suppress their lactic acid thresholds.

I never said there was hidden or superhuman strength like willpower or whatever is claimed here, but I reaffirmed rather the mind, or really our physiology limits our strength.

Which is why I say, even had Demonfiren and I switched brains, he could not lift or achieve what I can. As is the case if you and I were to switch brains. I could not achieve the 1000 lb club with my mind in your body.
