The Antrhopic Principle states the fundamental problems of theorising about the Universe is due to the fact that it precludes the existence of us as observers being able to exist to observe it. It seems, at first, to be purpose built for Humanity to exist. If the universal constants were just a little different, Humanity as we know it may not have come to be, hell, if Jupiter were not where it is or as big as it is - Earth may not have even formed.
We accept these things as being necessary for the Universe's creation because they had to be this way to create us.

To put it in analogy form: Your very existence requires you to roll 1000 dice and every single one of them has to show a 6 on the first roll of each dice. The chances of that happening would be astronomical, but, if the Many Worlds Theory is to be true - the chances of it happening are actually almost certain. The 99% of times you didn't roll a 1000 6's can't be observed because you aren't around to observe those dice being rolled.

Which begs the question: Is this really the best world of all worlds we could live in? Could it be possible we're living in a failed universe God forgot and not know it?
