I have worked in pubs in the kitchens, I have never ever understood their fucking obsession with tartar source with anything even remotely fish related.

It tends to be cheap and people will eat it. Bars, in the US at least, have to have food on the menu if I remember right.

5000 calories min. for me.
that means (usually) 5 meals a day, 2 main and 3 "snacks".
Oh and 3 litres of whole milk. the milk is the worst it makes me feel bloated. Tho my snacks are always chicken ass and rice so i don't look forward to them either.

i eat normal food for dinner and lunch tho.

semen's nutritional value is basically just protein so probably not
you wouldnt be able to eat enough semen to keep your weight up and it doesnt have all your essential vitamins and shit

so if you only eat semen you get scurvy

well it'd be more like rabbit starvation than scurvy but yea

if you only eat semen you'll die like any person who dies of starvation, you won't get enough sodium/potassium and your synapses will just stop working and then you get a cardiac arrest as myogenic contraction stops working as salt deficiency affects the pacemaker.
You would be dead long before scurvy even affected you.

What's better, frequent lifting but less intense or spaced out intense lifting.

Also on topic: who else fucking hates raspberries/blackberries/etc? Those seedy fucking nightmares taste like shit. I can't stand them in anything.

It depends on your goal.
If you are trying to maintain your current level of strength while trying to lose weight, I'd take the first option.
If your goal is to get RIPPED take the second one.

here's the recipe though

[1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots] or 1 3/4 cups apricot preserves if you're lazy broke or guy fieri
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 to 2 lb salmon filet without skin

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together all the shit that isn't the salmon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until reduced by about half. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Remove 1/4 cup of the glaze for basting, and set the remaining aside.

Place the salmon filet on either a greased broiling pan or use a grilling skillet (either wors), and brush with glaze. Broil 3 inches from the heat for 8 to 12 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Gently turn over once during cooking, and baste frequently during the last 4 minutes. Serve with remaining glaze, along with Smash Mouth's All Star playing in the background. pray to the lord guy fieri

Okay so I made some real simple shit and here's how you can make it too.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Cumin (powder)
Garlic (2-3 cloves)
Beans (Not sure exactly how much, I just had a small-medium sized packet. Also, green beans.)
Olive Oil
Optional, but recommended - Salt & Pepper.

Cut the ends off of the beans.

Cut the beans into thirds. (or halves, they just have to be relatively the same size.)
http://i.imgur.com/GftXvNS.jpg
Boil some water.
http://i.imgur.com/utb5EdL.jpg
Add water to your pan/pot and bring that to a boil. Put the beans in and boil them for like 1-2 minutes. Take them out and strain them.

http://i.imgur.com/wbMkByw.jpg
Crush and cut the garlic into small pieces. (dicing? fuck i dunno)
http://i.imgur.com/nIovBBp.jpg
Put a pot/pan onto your stove and heat it up. (I put mine to full heat)
Add olive oil and then garlic. Move that shit about a bit. Be quick about this, the garlic will burn quickly. (no picture)
Add beans to the pan, fry them a bit.

Add cumin + salt + pepper to taste.
http://i.imgur.com/1DFwC1l.jpg
Fry them some more, you should probably taste them so you know when to stop.
Stick them in a bowl, add them to food, whatever.

to be fair, it's not having any kind of effect but it always worries me since it just doesn't seem very healthy.

Because I've recently become the living embodiment of poverty, my menu has become a lot more simple. However, crockpots being the heaven-sent inventions they are, let even a poor soul such as myself enjoy things like this wonderful BBQ pork roast with minimal effort.

When someone asks what's my favorite food, I've realized the way to think about favorite food can change quite a lot. For a long time it was the thing that tasted the best the second I eat it. But now it has changed, the favorite food is now the food which tastes good BUT main focus is how it makes me feel afterwards. Pizzas and other greasy shit and beef makes a super bloated feel. There's something called countryside salad or something, it's basically avocado, bacon & egg salad. Made of heaven. Feels good man.

I no longer see food as tasty.
I now just see food as a number of calories. When I buy food the first thing I look at is what it contains.
What have I become.
