AI was obviously acting in bad faith that round, but imo if you want to look like a nonhuman you should expect to be treated like one.

The AI player was clearly acting in bad faith, he didn't use any of the two super obscure features avaible to him, one of which can be wrong in certain circumstances, to make absolutely sure his fun was safe and legal. Even more DISTURBINGLY, he might not have perfect photographic memory. BAN HE

Even if you aren't aware that the captain can't be non-human and didn't know cats have their own speech verb, what AI murders the captain for setting foot in their upload? As far as I'm aware the rules prevent an Asimov AI from killing non-human crew for the fun of it. Her uploading a harmless law 4 doesn't change that.

I think the fact that mutation toxin was everywhere that round really changes the situation. Idk where but there’s some rule on plausible deniability for upload access, so a nonhuman forcing their way in could be seen as a legitimate threat for humans that laws might alter their definition. AI is still a shitter yeah but less so with that in mind I think

Cats that are bathed as a kitten and used to it from the start usually do not hate water. Temperature is a huge factor here as well, its important to make sure the cat is comfortable both by getting the water temperature right and also by making sure the cat is not left wet long enough that it gets cold. The final factor is helping it dry off properly afterwards, as cats will elsewise have to lick themselves dry which can be a pretty big job and again might get cold and uncomfortable.
This cat is very calm and doesn't seem to complain at all. Calling the bathtub a torture chamber is therefore a bit strange.

In fairness, Uomo plays a LOT, on each of the main servers. The fact that Kat Green the felinid is well-known is very relevant to the situation at issue in the complaint, hence why I brought it up.

By copypasting Uomo's scrubby data to excel, we can see that of the 2314 rounds that they've played as Kat Green across all servers, they've played a head of staff around 158 times. This means that Kat Green has been roundstart human just under 7% of the time. This year, out of 778 rounds as Kat Green, Uomo played as a head of staff 35 times (~4.5% of the time).

Uomo plays a lot, and the overwhelming majority of those rounds are played as Kat Green. Can we expect the average player to cognizant of the obscure fact that a particular player's felinid static may be switched to roundstart human every 1 in 20 rounds? Especially since they (presumably) disguise as a felinid or use a mutation toxin to become a felinid during said rounds?

Furthermore, the fact that felinid mutation toxin was spawned by admins that round is very relevant. On a balance of probabilities, what are the odds that a player who is obsessed with catgirls to the point of playing a catgirl or cat-themed silicon nearly 100% of the time would turn down the chance to overcome the roundstart human restriction for heads of staff by taking the mutation toxin? Kat Green did not take the mutation toxin that round, because they did not know it was present on the station. But would you be surprised if they did? Would it be unreasonable to think Roland or Shad0k thought they did?

You are an active admin who does a great job of interacting with the community, Mr. Radbury. I commend you for having an eye for such subtle details regarding a regular player's static character. Nevertheless, I do hope you take the facts above into consideration.
