Because people do very stereotypical antag rolling behavior all the time, and sometimes we don't even get to talk to people for quite some time about it.

If they appeal theyre innocent works 100% of the time actual antag rollers swap to other servers when antag banned :D

it used to be an extremely common antag rolling way. doing it allowed you to get antag without actually spawning in allowing you to go as a ghost role.

There's a browser add-on called "Enhancer for YouTube" that allows you to pop-out the YouTube windows and pin it over other stuff you're doing. It's really slick and I use it personally.
