Accidental eating of a small piece of dog poo

This is a serious problem, that is causing me considerable worry.

At the weekend I accidentally ate a small piece of dog faeces/poo/shit, which was splashed on to an ice-cream I was eating – this was at a poop scooper on Bournemouth beach.

It was barely noticeable, and did not taste. It was really stupid to carry on eating after this had happened. I was slightly drunk, and despite noticing a little bit of it on the ice-cream, I for some reason, just thought - it is only a tiny bit, and just kept eating.

I have not yet experienced any problems.

Should I go to my doctor?

Do I need injections?

You don't need to worry about this unless the dog has worms or you experience digestive issues or pains.

In case of worms, from my memory you just take worms pills, no doctor needed.

It did not taste of anything really.
I was trying to put some rubbish in a bin, but i did not realise it was a dog pooper scooper bin (i was drunk), then i let the lid slam down - it was metal. Then a small bit of (what i think - in hindsight) was dog poo flew off on to my ice cream.
For some unknown reason, i then ate it.

No, I had no ill effects.

Why did I eat it? Well, thinking back, the ice cream looked really nice (so I wanted to eat it all), also it was quite expensive (and I am quite tight with money) so I did not want to waste any, also I was quite tired and quite stressed (from driving and difficulty finding parking and kids and my wife just annoying me), so I had a couple of beers, then got this ice cream, then was walking back down to the beach, started looking around for somewhere to bin the wrapping, then lifted up this bin, not really thinking that it was a dog poo bin, then i just let the lid slam, and a bit of poo came off. It hit my ice cream, but for the various reasons given above i just ate it. Also, I did not want to get it on my hands by removing it. It must also be noted that I can be a slightly odd person.
