A single epi-pen in hardcrit, after you witnessed the chef chopping them to pieces isn't exactly acting in good faith.

Admin still hasn't read the logs even during the appeal because the epi-pen was administered before the chef went to town on the shit.

Slavik fucking drops the dude after catching a metal plate from Tesora after they were throwing snap pops at each other for a little while. The clown pulled a couple of harmless pranks with the items that were accruing from the arcade machine there. While Slavik didn't instigate the fight the logs don't show damage from him catching the metal plate so it looks like they skipped steps in escalation to drop and ditch them. It was an honest mistake that would have caught up many admins including myself.

The ban was issued for killing and then handing Tesora for gibbing to the chef. Except the logs clearly show the chef finishing Tesora off on their own.

Given that players aren'y responsible for other players actions and that critting isn't treated as killing, the worst Soyoboyo can have done is over escalate.

So the ban is incorrect on that alone.
