been seeing the shitty african canyon one for three days, nothing but a bunch of brown hills and some sand, I don't like this one, and I will not like it just to get it away, because it is a shitty picture and I will not lie and pretend it's something that it isn't.

Before I started using the desktop background to remind myself of important truths, I used Dynamic Theme for the desktop and lock screen. Uses the same image sources (but lets you choose which ones) as the default lock screen and you can save them too. I have two folders full of beautiful, compressed landscape images that I will never look at again.

Yeah, that's the sort of thing I use as my desktop background now. Just little truths I don't want to forget. But being reminded of what the world looks like and what's out there is useful too.

The orange is better than the black, but I think that goes without saying. My images go in front of it.
