Mario clearly has more endurance. Man runs and jumps across the entire Mushroom Kingdom nonstop without even breaking a sweat.

mario has endurance but lil mac also beat mike tyson despite him being in an higher weight class than him so i'd say lil mac could fuckin' knock mario's lights out
