like say if the most admins liked red, the redmins would be the dominating caste, and if the least amount of admins liked purple, the purplemins would be the dregs of the staff
this hierarchy would be opt-in because there's no deeper qualifier for your favorite color than you claim, so after a few cycles of the staff, we would be gaslighting all the admins into having the top color be their favorite, and the social experiment would reach a full reach around effect, nullifying itself
