honestly, just remove all the grief gear from lavaland and hit these motherfuckers with cosmetic rewards for cheesing the mega ultra deathboss for the millionth time, because that's the only thing they do and they are always taking a huge fucking dump on everyone else playing this game "normally".

Like they don't even try to hide it anymore, this idiot gets his banana staff and holo parasite and some wing-shit and whatever the fuck else coders left for this chucklefuck, fucks everyone on station, fucks with security and gets owned, loses his staff and then goes straight back and tragically gets the jump on the officer and of course spaces him first chance he gets, and instead of showing the tiniest glimps of remorse, he argues policy and calls out jannies as scheming brutus-esque conspirators, because they don't let him murder everyone he wants with his dumb staff. A good portion of miners find the combat on lavaland interesting, and without incentives to do the more interesting parts of it(tendrils, bosses), they probably wouldn't play the job, which either means no minerals or forcing science to go mining on its own. Actually saw a miner commit roundstart suicide because something he wanted to fight didn't spawn, the other night. As someone who plays mining pretty regularly, I WOULD advocate for mixing up the ruins, though- a lot of them are either pointless(pizza party, sloth ruin), spawn too often(beach bums, which i've said on the record should just be removed), or hand out silly tools like the honk staff with almost no challenge(honk ruin, pride's mirror(ironically my favorite ruin just from the sheer power of it)).

The best lavaland ruins don't even give the miner any benefit directly- stuff like the crashed abductor ship, which just unlocks new tools for medical, or the xeno hive that, outside of the FUCKING MAKAROV THAT SPAWNS IN IT(which should be removed/replaced), gives you lots of xeno pelts to give to the cargo techs and get money for the budget, xeno organs that can be implanted in people from the queen, tons of xeno meat to give to the chef.

That said, this guy is in the wrong and an absolute cunt. If you abuse your honk staff, and it gets confiscated, get over it you fucking child. If security rightfully takes away something you are using to annoy people, they're doing their job, and it doesn't allow you to fucking kill and space them you absolute moron. It wasn't even meant for you, it was meant for the clown. If you loot the honk ruin and don't give the staff at minimum to the clown, you're a fucking disgrace. Also, saying that the admins are specifically after you in your ban appeal is NOT a good look, my dude.
