This is acceptable. Would a character named Manuel Gay meet the standards of the MRP naming policy? I play on Manuel almost exclusively because the other servers are HippieStation and it would concern me if Terry players were able to join and choose such a name.

It shouldn't even meet LRP naming policy standards. It is excessively OOC as it references an out of game concept.
