Suggest a tablet for me (~$200 max probably)

Hi folks, I ended up stepping on my trust Nexus 7 2012 edition a few months ago and finally am in the market to probably replace it sometime soon. Unfortunately, Google forgot how to make cheap but quality 7" tablets, or indeed any tablets that don't cost as much as a cheap computer, so now I have to figure something else out.
I mostly used it for watching videos/movies/browsing the web and absolutely abhor the idea of playing games on a tablet or mobile in general, so I'm not looking for a very high end tablet here. While I was planning on just getting a cheap android tablet, I've recently become incredibly dissatisfied with my Galaxy S6 phone due to how shitty and laggy it's been getting, and it's come to my attention that Windows tablets aren't limited to $700 quasi-laptops, and have been considering a $200-ish Windows 10 tablet. While I'd be fine with a simple movie and web browsing Android tablet, if I could get a Windows tablet that can run simple Win10 programs and games from Steam, as opposed to cancerous app store games, I'd definitely be willing to pay a premium for that, probably up to like $250 tops
7" worked just fine before, but if there's a good tablet that's like 10" or 16" or whatever, I won't discriminate.
