I realized I love ramen more than any other food.

I used to fry pork strips in ginger-soy sauce mixture and would add them and an egg and chili to my ramen but we all know that's bullshit.

At the same time plane ramen is a bit too plane. I currently throw a raw egg in, the yolk coats the noodles and makes them a bit nicer, but I bet there's a bossier minimalist ramen recipe.

PS I'll try to boil some beer and make ramen with that ill tell you how it goes (because I like beer and I like ramen)

Okay I did the beer ramen thing and it's meh

Beer turned everything utterly bland and the only thing it imparted on taste is this unpleasant hot sensation at the back of the throat, kinda like mulled wine but without any taste, just the sensation.
