And it doesnt even stun, the grappling hook keeps you still for a few seconds

I think they serve different purposes tbh, implant is way less useful for getting a successful ambush but a lot better in chases. I think they both have similar mechanics but very different functions

I could see bo staff getting thrown in. It's been in the code for years as a completely unused item, either let people do bo staff nonsense or remove it from the game
