Then explain the ban that happened when some chef made detective burgers, because to me it seems like they were explicitly banned because this doesn't advance their 'frame a crewmember' or 'survive' objectives. It seems like those objectives are very real constraints on what the antag is allowed to do!

admin was having a bad day probably or forgot what the mrp rules actually are
wasn't any reason to mention the objectives in that thread, they have zero relevance

why would you willingly chase a chef into his kitchen, you are asking to lose that fight, its like chasing a wounded nukie back onto their ship, yes its possible and you can win doing it, but you are playing with a fire which will net you the 3rd degree i just can't fathom it

this is the kind of behavior i want on sybil because it would continue escalating until at least a dozen people were dead and the kitchen was in space and everyone would be laughing their asses off

gupta is not manuel material that's pretty much the end of it

tl;dr: make spaceman lives more disposable. round removal should be ok and i'm tired of pretending it isn't

Because some antags are restricted to how and when they can kill and others are not, also some antags have different objectives that can warrant RRing and some do not.

And admins clearly arn't all on the same page in the game of exceptions and context.

Shezza for actually subverting like half the admin team at some point and writing one of the funniest delusional ban appeals i have seen
and Legoscape who after being perma banned from tg, moved onto EVE online and got shunned from there too and got a news artice written about him. if you want to have a laugh, google Bneish Rankor. thats the guy. Legoscape made a very funny ban appeal here too.

I'm not going to make statements about how I feel about Ned as a person as this isn't a place to do so, but I do think that this ban shouldn't have been placed tbh
a pro / anti skub "event" is bottom-of-the-barrel effort and quality, sure, but it's also a genuine attempt nonetheless at doing something interesting with your antagonist status beyond just being a NPC following preset objectives. We (administrators) should foster this and seek to see it improve, rather than stamping it out fervently for not being perfect from the get-go.

i assumed it was an event too. but what the station trait does is spawn everyone either as pro skub or anti skub. pro skub have pro skub stickers and anti skub have anti skub stickers

I ran skub events before they were codified. And I nearly crashed the server because of it.
