Seems pretty stupid to me. Even more stupid since I assume OminousGrace said this after Jcll was deadminned ~~and left the discord server~~ (apparently he's still in the discord) which basically means he was permabanned for saying he would kill another person in a videogame?

Jcll took one last person with them as their dying wish, but doot was already banned so ominous took the hit.

Actually I don’t get why it’s a discord ban for harassment. They can’t brag about harassing them where admins can see anymore? Harassment should be all or nothing imo

is killing someone in a videogame where the threat of death is always present and expected to happen even a form of harassment? i grasp the concept that it is a targeted killing but that's like on the level of stream sniping someone... unless you are outright griefing them its not exactly harassment, its just in-game interaction.

he didnt say that he was harassing jcll, he said he was going to kill jcll in the game. he (irrelevantly) cited that harassment is allowed in eve as a defense.

As little as I care about this it's pretty obvious why tracking someone down in another game is wrong
