Why you think you should be unbanned:
As you probably know already, Wilchen was a terrible player. I have no idea how I came up with the exactly same name as a player that was permabanned, but I can assure you I'm a completely different person.

How would a new player know this? Really makes me think.

In theory, when he saw the ban reason he could have looked up who Wilchen was.

The appearance thing is too suspect though. You don’t just accidentally play a white-haired catgirl named Sherrie Williams by pure chance.

See for yourself: check the TGDB page of a Polish player, and you will see they likely have 100+ logged IP addresses, far more than their American counterparts.
This doesn't hold true for all Polish players as it varies per ISP, but it does for most. I've had to unban several Polish ckeys in the past for this same reason.

Now - is Executies Polish? I don't know, it's a possibility. I'm operating off of limited info here.

Shouldn't you take a more sceptical/objective approach to your assumption and instead say "CID and IP data could prove that they're not the same person"?
After all you're operating off of limited info, as you said. How are you so certain that this will not be the case?

Yeah, I'm sure no one lies on the internet. Hell, if you wanna take it to extremes then I'm especially sure that friends would never lie to each other at all too.

tl;dr not an argument in any situation

EDIT: In case you haven't started replying, I just think any other method is better for determining a connection to shezza than literally asking shezza. Even if shezza could never tell a lie, you really need more than that unless this is a court system that says innocent until proven guilty (which I believe we couldn't be considered as one for various reasons)

Not at all! It hurts me for you to think I would do something like that. I was just surprised you would reach such conclusion so quickly. It just sounded a bit... subjective for me.

it's not shezza but its certainly someone larping as her and it would have been more plausible to say you saw her in a video and wanted to replicate the character instead of just pretend like you rolled Sherrie, rolled Wilchen, and rolled similar hair in both color and shape. Honestly, Nervere logging in out of nowhere to say "Yo this isn't my mate" and the ban appeal saying "Wilchen is a really bad player you know it but I am not him" really gives me that "yeah right" feel.

That is a LOT of rounds per day, not damning data but a bit strange.

Also, as stated before - Sherrie is not autogenerated. You could potentially make the case that they randomed Sherri Williams (and incredibly unlikely - the probability of this is ~0.000175% as there are 571000 different random combinations) and then decided to add the 'E' onto the end, but it's odd that they would do that on the exact round and not after a round or two with "Sherri".

Just combining the math between "Nervere forum posts" and the probability required for the name to be random doesn't do this guy any favours. He's someone's alt at the very least.

Oh and I've completely ignored "Similar IC appearance". And then lying that they changed said appearance lmao. Come on dude at least try to argue you liked the look and not flat out lie. Everyone knows randomised appearances are ugly as sin nobody sticks with them.
