I have to get vaccinated and I know if I made a thread about it nobody would care, so I'm going to shitpost about it here instead. I was told today that they passed a law here recently that if you aren't vaccinated most businesses will be closed to you under threat of a $15,000 fine. So if I want to be able to do even the basic stuff I have to do around the place, I have to get vaccinated.

There was a guy I overheard a few weeks back saying that after being vaccinated he found himself short of breath and low on energy all the time. That guy's screwed for life. I have two relatives who have been vaccinated without any major side-effects though, so I guess I should be fine. One told me that after being vaccinated they experienced a heavy, painful arm that took a long time to subside but other than that they're fine.

I don't agree with the people who refuse to take the vaccine just because they don't like being told what to do even though it's for the public good or the dumb, ignorant, paranoid antivaxxers but the TRUST SCIENCE people on the other side are unwilling to look at things objectively and see that these vaccinations have rare side-effects that can ruin lives. It should be up to the individual if they want to risk that.

Just because some dude blamed it on the vaccine doesn't mean it wasn't long covid or PVFS.
