Uploaded a book to the library involving sex with minors. Escalated to perma due to rule 8 history. I don't personally care what you get off to as long as it doesn't hurt anyone but this isn't the place for it.

its a weak stance but considering past history on /tg/station it's, unfortunately, the stance needed to cover their ass in the event of certain staff members angry about what specifically is and is not legal and technical definitions and all, regardless of the ethics of the situation and my personal opinions

my personal opinion is the dipshit who got banned should be shot into the sun for creating such vile content but im not an admin

If a staff member gets mad that we don’t want people writing kid “novels” either on or off the server regardless of local laws I don’t think they should admin here.

however, as a member of the /tg/station community, it'd be out of my bounds as a community member to make declarative statements as to who is or is not a pedophile based on what type of pornography they are posting, on the off chance that i misidentify giantess pornography again like last time i made declarative statements as to who is or is not a pedophile and was permabanned for mistaking the giantess pornography for other types of illegal pornography, and making an accusation against a user based on my assumption as to the type of pornography they posted

look, the point im trying to get to here is our admins can't actually call someone a pedophile in their official listed ban reason unless they meet a very specific criteria, regardless of what I or anyone else's opinion is

even people who consider loli to be not cp still go out of their way to say "fuck pedophiles"

its certainly an odd take to hold but at least vekter got the "fuck off and don't return" part down, if paraphrased in janniespeak to make sure it's not too offensive for the banned person's sensitive mind

Can't find the rule 8 stuff but i found some stuff from centcomm and it honestly does not look much better

i don't know if Centcom counts as off server content as per MSO's doxxing rule since it predates it, even if we do participate in Centcom ourselves as /tg/station, so you should probably delete that
