not to play devils advocate for the devils advocate, but the tram is a pretty huge environmental hazard and is also slow as fuck. especially on lowpop- youre less likely to be found when you get whammed by the tram into the underpass. Considering he took the time to repair the walkway, and bring the non soulless bodies of the suicides to medbay, I think he genuinely did it because its more efficient and safer, and not just because its funny

If the different stops on the tram were further apart, or in separate sub-stations, it would increase its necessity, though it wouldn't be intrinsically more enjoyable to ride.

The administrator claims that this was "for no reason". But clearly, the tram is obsolete, dangerous and regularly kills people. As a security officer, it is only reasonable that they would take measures to protect the lives of the crewmembers, which is well within their responsibility.
Further, the dismissive attitude of the administrator throughout the appeal is very concerning. The appeal system requires the willingness of the responsible administrator to consider the points by the damaged party, and to prove that their reasoning was justified. Ignoring this very elementary and necessary step in the process is essentially breaching the trust that we as users put into the administration.
I would advise sinfulbliss to continue his efforts in the appeal and to call for a headmin intervention should the administrator continue to dodge responsibility. In that case, it is heavily recommended to move for sanctions under frcp 30(d) and to open an administrative complaint against them.

Did anyone even ahelp him "griefing" them and "ruining" their experience by destroying the mobile rage cage.
Its also funny how a feature like the tram is so "fun" and interactions with it are so "fun" and destroying it is so "fun" that the admemes would assume that anyone that destroys it is doing it just for "fun"

the tram is explicitly designed to weed out the weaklings and destroying it means you're actively encouraging the continued existence of people who still get hit by the tram after being active for 6 months

Admin was observing, bored, with nothing to do, only getting a kick from tram victims, so of course when Sinful comes and destroys their source of joy they get mad.
If anything, and the note had to be "factual" as the admin claims the current one to be, input from the appealer, showing intent behind actions, shouldn't be dismissed. The note should be ammended to be the lowest grade and to read like this:
"As security officer, after alerting it on comms, got rid of the tram with a forcefield to enhance the experience for the rest of the crew, and to remove the death toll that the tram causes. A floored hallway was then built by them to fully restore manual and safe passage. Eligible collateral victims resulting in the tram's destruction were taken by them to medbay. The note is still applied because by definition it is grief, even if nobody's round was ruined"
This is factual. Antyhing else is bull.
