It doesn't fit with the lore, and once added it can never be removed ("Remove it? What, do you hate P R I D E ?"). 21st century sexual-identity grandstanding doesn't belong in a gameworld where being gay is as normal as having brown hair. The 26th century has its own political problems to deal with, like xenophobia. Politics from 500 years ago couldn't be less relevant.

It does fit with the lore, nobody gets rid of pins. I don't even know who makes pins. They just flow from the edges of the universe into gift shops, and for such reason any and all pins are fair game

I don't have a problem with a gay sex pin but when you see the amount of floorlength bedhead multicoloured hair they/thems running around you begin to wonder if maybe adding these cosmetics that leads to behaviour akin to teenage girls buying coloured text in Epicmafia to draw as much attention to themselves as possible is not good for the game.

i wear pins on my lanyard at work. i have a leatherface from texas chainsaw massacre, a hydra pin from when captain america joined the nazis, a hellboy pin, captain rhodes from day of the dead being torn apart by zombie hands (its a 2 part pi n you can slide it apart and his guts come out), a psychicpebbles pin, and some more that i need new backers for so they won't fall off. one of them is a wonder woman pin that i got from a comic con where u could pick between a wonder woman pin or a star war pin and my friends called me a fag for picking wonder woman and i said they're bigger fags cuz wonder woman has boob tits and r2d2 doesnt

An SS13 tutorial server with a higher-than-average number of edgy teenagers (the Sethtide introduced a lot of immature teens to the game, who would have thought?) is not the same thing as a nazi discord, fruit.

the tutorial parts of that server were locked and closed long ago, and there's nothing edgy about the people who remained, they were straight up nazi's
