we're bankrupt on drama, no community meetings, other than that pretty smooth sailing, including pretty huge improvements to admin backend on some stuff (if you know, you know)

Headmin/host pick often seems to be some "rising star" admin who is on the straight and narrow, but also maybe takes things a bit too seriously sometimes (though not a ton). I expect this trend to continue.
