I'm honestly not sure but I THINK it's about some Newgrounds animation (something that had a rhyming title). An SFW trailer popped off on youtube a while ago. I don't remember what they were dressed like, and I never watched the original video but it's the only piece of mime pornography I can think of in recent history so I assume that's what they are talking about.
