The format of his side of the story alone should be grounds for a ban

Too bad, this ban is really weak and flimsy, if he had hired me instead of promptly dodging it with another account, we could have easily dismantled this mountain of flawed logic.
But then again, getting banned for ahelping a HOS throwing you into lava and breaking server rules, on the grounds of "ban baiting", may not leave you with much confidence in the appeal process to begin with.

After reading through the game logs, my decision is, both should be permanently banned for being absolute numbnuts and fulfilling every bad stereotype in existence about awful detective and security players.

Tossing the guy into lava to permanently round remove them still was against the server rules. There is definitely an ahelp conversation necessary regarding this entire stupid conflict that transpired on this server, and I suppose it is only fitting, that the ban reason is just as illegal and idiotic as all the individuals involved in this shitshow.

Nothing to shed a tear over, in my personal opinion.

Semyon's been around ages, kinda sad to see him get perma'd but he definitely did a lot of line-toeing tiding stuff as assistant so it's not very surprising.
As an obituary he was also like one of the best detectives I remember, did insane detective jutsu to find tots that hardly left behind anything. Like planting his pocket protector in lockers by runes, and somehow noticing if someone wasn't on the crew manifest to out them.
