Even though Manuel restricts this sort of behavior, stuff regarding antag/crew interactions happens the same way it does on Sybil/Bagil... just a lot slower and less explosively (in my personal viewing and adminning experience).

Like I understand that Faram exceeded his allotted amount of fun that is given to any Manuel antag I do grasp that concept. I just disagree that an antag bombing an empty part of the station that didn't even kill anyone would warrant a bwoinking. I can even understand why the rule would be wanted, you want it to be MRP where you jerk yourselves off for 3 hours in the bar and antags shitting on that can ruin the mood I understand that.

Now I keep hearing about how its just the server culture/rules that you don't maxcap as a tot without a signed permission slip from the jannie and you know what, I'm not seeing it. I'm looking at the rules page and I'm not seeing anything about maxcaps, I see a section on how murderboning aint allowed but as we have already discussed he didn't kill anyone with the bombs. Same thing with the headmin ruling page on the wiki, aint seeing no "no maxcap" ruling there either.
You know what I am seeing? I'm seeing this part about how its an antags job to make a shift interesting, and while the traitor sciman bombing up parts of the station may be abit overdone I don't think it would step outside of the bounds of that goal.

Anyways, I personally don't care if people bomb shit on Manuel as long as the reasoning is above "just because I can." That's not interesting and I encourage people to build a plan around a maxcap, such as, creating a diversion, straight up bombing your target, or allowing yourself entrance to a restricted area. Most of the time a bwionk comes from curiosity and or to check actual intent. Manuels server culture has shifted where mindless bombings are frowned upon but are still allowed under the rules. People tend to mistake the server culture as fact when it's not.

I'm not gonna pretend to be Vekter but from what I gathered they were banned for being uncooperative in tickets, while the maxcap was allowed the poor dickish conduct was not. I would like to note that after being appealed this ban and the note applied has been lifted, as Vekter has stated in the appeal thread.

As someone who intended for the murderboning rules to be very pro player I will say making it difficult to ascertain your reason when the entire rule is about said reasoning is not in your favor.

Same would be true if you killed a nonantag as a nonantag in LRP, you can be banned for schizo freak out during the ahelp and “own” the admin on the forums when you’re a lot more understandable but if it wasn’t obvious you can skip the freak out part and just be understandable in the ahelp portion and you don’t have to come to the forums.
