It's important to remember there's an overwhelming body of evidence that life can be happy and the world is positive. The counter-examples are in the minority. Find the lifestyle that lets you truly be fulfilled and happy. Spend less time online. Find and make deep connections with others, whether it's family, friends, community, or anyone else. I know you can do it. If it seems impossible now, just remember how much things can change. Never give up. I was worried some of you maybe needed to hear this message.
Cacogen I know I've been in the place where everything seems hopeless and irrecoverable, but just try and remember if nothing else, if you expect the future to be bad, it will be... but if have hope, that may not automatically make it good, but it won't automatically be bad. Believe me, there's such a breadth of opportunity for goodness in this life, there's always an opportunity to work towards it. Keep going and I believe it will begin to find you before long. I am behind you Cacogen, and I believe in your future.
