us loyal cargonian soldiers are suppressed by shitsec and armory locks, remove restrictions on armory crates, and allow cargo to buy guns en masses.

Actually, it's not banned on LRP as far as I'm aware, you just have to give it up if Sec comes for your guns. If you weren't around when this was allowed, trust me - it's better this way.

you don't even need an emitter, you just need a PKA, it'll get the crate open eventually.
