Food is pointless and should be important

Humans not starving to death is a tragedy, and a good way of “making the economy matter” would be to punish those who refuse to eat more than minor slowdown and bad mood. Ethereals have had toxic starvation conditions for a while and they make that low energy state actually add some urgency. By the way, fuck sugar pills

If an ethereal crawls into a recharger it violently overcharges them and drains the recharger completely.

Still need to make my PR to make clothes only temporarily fill nutrition as moth so that you can't eat a huge amount of them but they don't fill your hunger
That or someone gets lazy and just makes it 0 nutrition

make them have 0 nutrition but add a moffic laundry detergent that acts like a condiment if splashed on clothes

what if most clothes just tasted bad if not put through the washer before being eaten?
for example, gray/standard color jumpsuits tasting like maint grease and sweat.
atmos/science jumpsuits taste like plasma fires.
sec jumpsuits have a weird bloody taste to them.
It's a silly solution, but I like the idea that they need to be freshly clean clothes in order to properly eat them.
