Selecting talents is more entertaining and impactful than buying items.
Sharing XP with your team makes it ACTUALLY feel like a team game, where you can't just farm real hard then slap because you're fed (unless you're playing a champion that actually scales into the late game but if you're playing butcher you better accept that early game time)
More unique hero designs. Chogall, Deathwing, Abathur, Lost Vikings, Morales.
Some of the maps are worse than others, but having to adjust your plan to the map is entertaining that some champions are better than others depending on the map.
