I've noticed that high quality and coherent appeals get responses almost instantly from the admin willing to actually discuss

but almost NO admins respond to appeals that are like this

We do have a rule about not leaving signallers primed to bombs on the ground because if it blows up your the one who gets banned, not the person who used it

Would that apply here? (And since its a traitor, no one gets banned)

Directly giving someone else a signaller and intentionally misleading him into activating it would be even more bannable if it wasn't a traitor who gave it.

For signaller bomb, both should get banned, except the ones that are antag.
