the counting to 100 thread

this is a staple thread of any forum i cant believe we dont have one yet

the rules are simple, count from 1 to 100. counting counts if you count the count at the end of your post. if there's anything but the next number at the end of a post then we ALL have to start over at 1. you cannot double post.

the grammatically correct term would be "twelve eggs", which is a group of 12. when replying "dozen" you are saying you have a group of 12 eggs.

I don't know why you don't want to believe this when the dictionary entries you link even prove it, but 'a dozen' is not a number. A dozen is a quantity. The word twelve is both a quantity and a number. The dictionary links you posted say this much.
