I get their position but like, arent admins supposed to intervene even before if they see something like that? a simple "please be a bit kinder to your teammates in team antag modes" would take nothing and could resolve the issue in a way that keeps everyone happy and the round continuing.

I'll admit I was far too immature in my response here to him, and as any human, I do have a bias, specifically when seeing an entire argument where Goof was wondering why Seth was even unbanned from a permaban and saying it'd be better if he stayed perma'd all because of this one issue. Where I came in, I scrolled up and saw Goof tossing absolute tons of insults to Seth, insulting Omega, and telling Omega to consider rebanning Seth. I was pissed at Goof.

And what isn't screenshotted here is shortly after Omega's de-escalation, me being provided with more context courtesy of Murmic, agreeing Seth was in the wrong, albeit it'd be a small verbal warning, and immediately followed by, quote unquote, "Seth, just be more considerate of other players.", pretty much exactly as you said here, LoLSwat. Yeah, I spoke inappropriately, but Goof shouldn't get a free pass to speak out of line to Seth and others, if you ask me.
I probably wouldn't go to jabbing at Goof in a better situation, but I had a pretty stale day and being pinged by Seth in a public channel to see Goof being absolutely rude and stirring up a storm isn't going to get the most civilized kindness out of me, though I would've been better ignoring the whole dang thing. Ah well, that's what the future's for.
