Black list should be reserved for absolutely unforgivable offenses. Doxing is a good example of that. As far as Nazism goes, most likely it's an edgy teenager who will outgrow it in a couple years and feel like they were an idiot looking back. In the case that it's not, worst case scenario they go back on the server and spout more Nazi BS and get rebanned. After a second perma I doubt admins let the player back in. I don't see why the host should have to oversee an unban for that kind of thing.
Applying black listings too liberally causes more work for MSO in reading/answering appeals for it. It's theoretically meant to be for unappealable offenses as far as I know. The last time one was lifted might've been 2beard in 2018. As in this person is so shit that they should never come here again, even five years later when everyone has forgotten who they even are. I don't see Nazism as one of those unappealable offenses, not because it's not bad (it's very bad), but because people can change/develop and they should have the opportunity to appeal once they have.
