if you want an accurate metric to scale this off of just assume that anyone in higher tiers could beat anyone in lower tiers in basketball

the difference in how he clicks vs most people is instead of flailing his mouse around to try and hit someone he just leaves it on the center of the tile next to him and uses movement to make it hit rather than trying to move and aim at the same time

easy way to make anyone 10x better I think

compound this with the skill he has and that is why he is leagues above everybody else
