My guess is 40%. Maybe 60% if I'm severely underestimating the average age of the players here. It just seems like a number that makes sense. You'd think it'd be high, but the amount of hard charging and high strung, wired energy in general suggests to me that SS13 people sink their teeth into life too much to not have gotten some.
