The main reason for WGW being more heavily punished because it is child smut is word for word the argument used in the policy discussion. The rules as they are now just say no spamming.
Now funnily enough there is this line on the rules page: Non-antagonists doing so may not defend themselves and may suffer from IC or OOC consequences. Next time I see people spamming that stupid fog meme I'm just gonna kill them and if I lose then I'll ahelp it. I'll see if this rule actually has teeth.
