Really the only issue I see is that most weapons are probably just going to hit 'the same.' there is a block in cqc where theres a 70% chance to not get batonned or stun batoned or any melee stun weapon quite good could add the block into that igZiiro wrote: ↑Thu Jul 20, 2023 4:12 pm There's some cool potential here to actually expand combat further. Looking at the way this works, it would be cool to bake in a counter attack to Carp/CQC where if you're struck in melee you slap them with their own weapon or something if you're blocking. Or a perfect parry if you hit the block after the swing starts but before it hits you or something.
Having a block button will also be so much better than empty hand throwing for carp projectile blocking, imo.
Cool stuff, looking forward to it as someone who always opts for melee over ranged.
