Also, are we supposed to know who this guy is? I know we have the big server-specific personalities but they usually are sort of known about outside their main server. He's acting like he's the glue holding Terry together and I have no clue who he is. Is there lore I'm missing out on?

Swamp is your average static Terry player. I feel like his ego might be slightly over-inflated. Or maybe he's just exaggerating it for the memes. Either way, our "server personalities" don't organize anti-admin harassment crap in metacords, so that might be why you don't know Swamp.
