What a stupid excuse. Being from another country doesn't automatically change your sense of right from wrong. I understand if racism is more prevalent in your country, but part of playing on our servers is knowing the rules.

How much do you wanna bet this guy gets back on the public ban list within 6 months?

I think the gist of it is more that different jokes will get different responses in different countries, based on the culture there. A country and culture that doesn't have a lot of black people won't have the same pushback on jokes about black people as somewhere like America would. So it's somewhat understandable that a joke might not land the way he thought it would.

Buuuuut you'd also expect that after he got smacked for "What's the recipe for that bomb?" "Muslim secret recipe" he'd have figured out that jokes that base themselves on the race or religion or other identity aren't going to be allowed here, so he's still dumb.
