I disagree with this statement because of the thread title

we used to lift all of the bans we had every new year to celebrate. not sure how well that would work in this age.

Unironically based... maybe with a minimum age to the ban so you don't undo permanent bans literally 5 minutes after they're placed and the like.

you can put a special parole note on all the unbeaned

that way if you gotta thwap them they go right away
