Changes have been made to dynamic.json to reduce blood brothers on lower population, same for nuclear operatives and cult. However there are some technical issues so the changes aren't being mirrored to the live servers. Waiting on MSO currently.

Bagil has never been much of a hub server. Pop did just fine before it was bb spam 24/7.

What if killing traitors/wizards/antags in general added more points and increased the risk of midround threats, putting a greater emphasis on perma over killing for sec

Thanks to MSO's help the dynamic config changes have been mirrored to live servers,

Blood brothers no longer spawn on 0-6 pop ever, higher threat level is required for them to spawn below 31 pop. Essentially making them spawn lest often.
Specific changes here:

Changed from requirements = list(40,30,30,20,20,15,15,15,10,10) to requirements = list(101,60,50,40,30,15,15,15,10,10)
Cult no longer spawns on 0-12 pop ever, higher threat level is required for them to spawn below 31 pop. Making them spawn less often.
